The Proof of You name, logo, brand assets, website design, underlying technology, algorithms, and systems are the exclusive property of Proof of You Inc. and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our proprietary technology, unless applicable law gives you the right to do so.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Proof of You Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
