Who can refer
- Anyone, anywhere. You do not need to be a customer, partner, or affiliate.
- Existing POY Verify customers, partners, and employees of partner companies are eligible.
- You cannot refer your own company, your employer, or a company you are paid by.
- The same company can only be claimed by one referrer (first-come basis, tracked from the moment you submit).
- Companies must spend at least $5,000/year in committed contract value to count as a "paid contract."

Does POY Verify store biometric or personal data?
No. POY Verify processes the biometric check inside the smartphone's Secure Enclave, a physically separate processor with its own encrypted memory. No biometric data leaves the device and no personal information is collected, so there is no central database of faces or IDs to breach. Only a public cryptographic key is registered with POY's verification registry, and the private key never leaves the phone.
How does POY Verify confirm a real human in about 30 seconds?
The phone's hardware sensors, including 3D depth cameras, infrared emitters, and motion detectors, confirm that a living person is physically present. A cryptographic key pair is then generated inside the Secure Enclave. The private key stays on the device and the public key is registered with POY's verification registry, so a platform can check that a verified human is on the other end without learning who that person is.
Is POY Verify free to use?
Yes. POY Verify is free for individuals, and not as a trial or a freemium tier: the position behind POY is that proving you are a real human should never cost money. Verification never asks for a name, a document, or a government ID. Platforms that want to add POY Verify to their own signup, login, or posting flows request access through the waitlist while the product is in private beta.
